Keep NXA sparkling clean! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Industrial Janitor to join our team. In this role, you’ll maintain cleanliness and hygiene across our offices, break rooms, shop floor, and grounds while supporting a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting, and bending.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Reliability and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness in all work areas.
• Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, desks, chairs, high-touch surfaces, and doors daily.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout offices, break rooms, and shop floor.
• Take out trash and recycling regularly.
• Clean and restock office and shop bathrooms daily.
• Maintain break room, including tables, chairs, coffee machines, microwaves, vending machines, and supplies.
• Clean windows, ceiling vents, and electric panels on a regular schedule.
• Assist with outdoor areas and parking lots; pick up debris and trash.
• Support pest control by monitoring traps and disposing of pests as needed.
• Identify and submit improvement opportunities; report safety deficiencies.
• Other duties as assigned
