As an Industrial Installation Technician/Driver, you'll be responsible for driving equipment, installing, assembling, and commissioning temporary heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in construction and industrial settings. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC technical/vocational training preferred).
  • 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments (tight spaces, rooftops, indoors/outdoors).

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications (EPA, NATE, HVAC Excellence) are a plus, but NOT required.

Responsibilities

  • 50% driving box and pick up truck, 50% installation of industrial cooling systems at data centers. This includes flex ductwork, flex piping, and wiring.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
  • Test, calibrate, and verify systems for proper functionality, efficiency, and code compliance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure all work meets company standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
  • Provide clear communication and exceptional service to customers regarding system operation.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in safe, efficient condition.
  • Complete required installation reports and service documentation accurately.
