Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety and Health, or other related sciences.
4+ years of industrial hygiene field sampling experience.
Strong communication skills, with a particular talent for writing clear, professional technical documents and proposals.
Ability to work outside normal business hours and in the field on project sites.
Ability to routinely lifting and carrying 40-50 lbs. (field/laboratory samples and equipment).

Responsibilities

Plan and lead industrial hygiene evaluations, including chemical exposure monitoring, noise assessments, indoor air quality studies, mold investigations, and hazardous building material surveys.
Oversee sampling activities to ensure proper methodology, accurate documentation, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Interpret data, prepare detailed technical reports, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Review routine project documentation and field data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
Develop scopes of work, budgets, and cost estimates for hazardous materials surveys and remediation projects.
Support proposal preparation and coordinate with senior leadership for review and approval.
Serve as a trusted advisor in client meetings and industry engagements.
Cultivate relationships, identify new service opportunities, and contribute to expanding project portfolios.
Provide guidance and field support to junior staff, fostering technical development, safety awareness, and professional growth.
