Pinchin is seeking an Industrial Hygienist - Intern to join our Hazardous Materials (HAZ) team in St. Louis, MO. The role reports to the Director. Hazardous Materials (HAZ) Overview The HAZ department plays a vital role in helping clients create safer, healthier buildings and workplaces. The HAZ department assesses environmental conditions and collects accurate field data to evaluate air quality, hazardous materials, and building performance. They lead and coordinate site assessments, interpret findings, and provide clear, actionable recommendations that guide client decision making. Working both independently and collaboratively, they uphold strict safety and regulatory standards while ensuring quality documentation. Their expertise directly contributes to protecting occupants, improving workplace conditions, and strengthening community wellbeing—advancing Pinchin’s mission to create healthier, more resilient environments.
