In this position, you play a role in the anticipation, recognition, evaluation and control of workplace health hazards from chemical, physical or biological stressors, at all NASA facilities at Johnson Space Center, Ellington Field and Sonny Carter Training Facility. You perform functions to provide technical expertise and to monitor and report on operations related to Occupational Health programs supporting the Space Medicine Operations Division in the Human Health and Performance Directorate. The Occupational Health programs youâll support include: Asbestos Evaluation and Control, Workplace Health Inspections, Food Service Sanitation Inspections, Chemical Exposure Assessments, Hearing Conservation, Indoor Environmental Quality/Mold Evaluations, Ventilation, Complaint Investigations, Emergency Response, and Construction Oversight.
