Conduct tasks related to abatement project monitoring, pre-renovation/demolition inspections, Indoor Air Quality Assessments (IAQ)/mold assessments, and/or other project assignments as appropriate. Assist with the preparation of portions of pre-renovation/demolition and clearance reports, IAQ/Mold assessments, and/or other technical assessment reports Maintain consistent communication of project progress with the assigned project manager from start to finish of the project. Maintain assessment and monitoring equipment Meet utilization and other performance metrics Make employee safety a priority both in-house and on-site, in accordance with corporate policy.

  • Associate's degree in environmental science or related field
  • Ability/willingness for frequent regional travel for fieldwork, up to 80% with some overnight shifts
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English - good writing skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to perform complex tasks and handle multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of EPA, OSHA regulations as well as local regulations, and guidance documents.
  • Able/willing to use Personal Protective Equipment, including the use of respirators.
  • Able to participate in medical surveillance including respirator fit testing, and vaccinations.
  • The ability to prepare clear, concise oral and written reports.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, and to maintain harmonious internal and external relationships.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and/or data entry.
