This primary function is to provide 24-hour, 7 day a week "skilled trade" Industrial HVAC & Chiller maintenance support to the manufacturing. Support will be provided collaboratively by two team members to ensure continuous coverage, which may include remote or on-call assistance outside of regular working hours.

Requirements

• An associate’s or Technical Degree in HVAC.
• Universal EPA Certification is preferred.
• Type II or Type III EPA Certification.

Nice To Haves

• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC & Controls.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and repairs commercial and/or Industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, chillers, boilers and refrigeration systems.
• Performs tasks like preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and replacing worn parts.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and follows blueprints.
• Uses diagnostic tools and ensures compliance with regulations like the Clean Air Act and OSHA standards.
• Diagnoses and solves problems with electronic, digital, and pneumatic controls systems.
• Demonstrates knowledge of air and hydronic systems, chillers, boilers, and the associated controls.
• Possesses 3 phase electrical knowledge; certifications are a plus.
