About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Industrial HVAC/R Technician to manage, maintain, and optimize large-scale refrigeration and HVAC systems across our manufacturing facilities. This role ensures optimal system performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance while working closely with plant operations teams to support production and temperature-critical processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of industrial HVAC/R experience.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale refrigeration systems and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Proven troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system optimization skills.
• Ability to work safely in industrial environments and collaborate effectively with operations teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with industrial plate freezers and large storage freezer systems is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems used in manufacturing, food processing, or cold-storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues across large-scale equipment.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend operational improvements.
• Support plant operations by maintaining consistent temperature control and system reliability.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues with operations and maintenance leadership.
