The Industrial Recruiter provides non-exempt staffing and recruitment support to HTI's client base. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the hourly staffing process, including recruiting, screening, and hiring, in alignment with client-specific requirements. By maintaining a strong candidate pool and utilizing creative recruiting strategies, the Industrial Recruiter ensures timely and effective placement of candidates. With excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, the Industrial Recruiter supports both HTI's clients and internal team objectives.
