About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Facility Maintenance Technician to support building systems, facility equipment, and preventive maintenance programs in a fast-paced industrial environment. Pay: $29.00-$32.00 per hour DOE

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industrial or facility maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and use electrical testing equipment (meter, megger, amp clamp)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work at heights
• High School Diploma or GED (Trade/Vocational training preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and complete work orders in CMMS
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), and plumbing systems
• Maintain pumps, valves, air handling units, lighting, and building components
• Respond to equipment downtime and prioritize urgent repairs
• Maintain clean and organized work areas (5S standards)
• Operate lifts, fork trucks, and other maintenance equipment as needed
