About The Position

Join our team as a Mechanic in winery and coloring operations, where your hands-on skills keep production flowing and quality standards high. You will install, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment — from facilities steam systems, plumbing, welding, minor electrical and minor HVAC maintenance. You will troubleshoot issues, perform immediate repairs, and rebuild or fabricate parts when needed. You’ll support daily production by optimizing equipment control systems, performing preventative maintenance and calibrations, and ensuring all equipment is tested and documented to meet ISO and regulatory requirements. We’re looking for a dependable problem-solver who values safety, cleanliness, and teamwork. Strong mechanical aptitude, experience with industrial equipment, and the ability to read schematics and maintain accurate maintenance records are essential. You’ll identify and procure replacement parts, work with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement, and follow quality, environmental and safety procedures to protect people and product. Punctual attendance and a collaborative, can-do attitude are important for success. Requirements

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of experience with maintenance and equipment repair reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Skilled in reading, analyzing and interpreting technical manuals, diagrams and written instructions.
  • Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
  • Required to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Required to be 18 years or older.
