We’re looking for a motivated Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician of all levels and skill sets: electrical, mechanical, welding and more. We offer on-the-job training, vendor training, and offsite technical development to help you expand your expertise.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in hot/cold/dusty environments.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment (conveyors, mixers, refrigeration, packaging lines, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to quickly resolve equipment issues.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to meet production and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following GMP and safety protocols.
