Position Overview The Industrial Engineer will play a key role in analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions that enhance productivity and product quality. This position requires strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Production, and Maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (required).
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and time studies.
• Strong technical skills in Excel, CAD software, or data visualization tools.
• Excellent blueprint reading and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Analyze workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout for optimization.
• Collect and interpret data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process changes.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support new product introductions and process validation.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the quality team in root-cause analysis and corrective action projects.
• Provide technical support to production personnel and management.
• Prepare detailed reports and project documentation.
