Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering, graduating in 2026
- United States citizenship
- Less than 1 year of post-graduation work experience
- Ability to collaborate, ask questions, and learn quickly
- Growth mindset
- Strong industrial engineering fundamental knowledge
- Understanding of Learn Manufacturing and / or Lean Six Sigma principals
- Passion for problem solving
- Strong verbal communication
