Requirements

• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field, with at least one year of school remaining.
• Junior or Senior standing preferred; prior experience in manufacturing or process improvement is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access); strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects that improve plant efficiency, control costs, and optimize labor resources.
• Develop and maintain engineering labor standards and process documentation.
• Apply continuous improvement tools and methodologies to meet plant goals.
• Support automation initiatives and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
