About The Position
Tesla is looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented Industrial Engineering Technician to contribute to implementing Engineering and Lean Principles to the manufacturing process of our cutting-edge Model S/X/3/Y product at the Fremont Factory. Through a detailed understanding of the factory objectives and extensive collaboration with internal and external teams, the Engineering Technician will help improve processes to increase overall efficiency, capacity, and safety. Tesla is a demanding and fast-paced environment where you will work on a critical subsystem of an incredibly exciting product.
