About The Position

The program provides recent graduates with a well-rounded view of our dynamic business. Over the course of the two-year program, associates will gain first-hand experience in every operational position within an industrial facility, work alongside engineering experts, learn foundations of CapEx project planning and implementation, enhance leadership skills by interacting with a diverse team of employees, and use state-of-the-art equipment/technology to contribute to projects within the areas of Maintenance, Processing, Safety/Health/Environment, Quality, Operations, and Commercial. Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
• Willingness to relocate to various locations in the US and Canada.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment, including working at heights, stair climbing, and confined spaces.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or coursework related to project engineering, process engineering, maintenance and reliability, safety health and environmental, quality assurance, and industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six-month assignments in different departments at two LDC locations.
• Gain insight into LDC’s diverse businesses.
• Develop leadership skills and deepen understanding of the commodities industry.
• Use state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and projects.
• Build beneficial relationships with employees from around the world.
