We are building and expanding an Industrial Engineering function within the HFTC Operations organization. This role provides the opportunity to lead that effort and play a key role in shaping how our factories operate today and develop for the future. The Industrial Engineering Manager will serve as the engine behind operational excellence, leveraging predictive factory modeling, advanced analytics, and Industry 4.0 solutions to continuously improve throughput, cost, quality, and cycle time. This role works closely with operations, engineering, supply chain, and leadership to translate strategy into measurable execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing operations, or factory analytics
  • Strong background in capacity planning, OEE, cycle time, and throughput optimization
  • Experience working in complex manufacturing environments (semiconductor preferred)
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable operational decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, or Business
  • Experience with digital twins, advanced factory scheduling, or Industry 4.0 systems
  • Familiarity with MES, real time manufacturing dashboards, or analytics platforms
  • Lean / Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the Industrial Engineering function, establishing standards, metrics, and governance to support HFTC manufacturing operations
  • Own predictive factory modeling, digital twins, and capacity planning to enable proactive, data driven decision-making
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives, including OEE improvement, cycle time reduction, and WIP flow optimization
  • Define and execute the industry 4.0 and advanced analytics roadmap, including real time dashboards and factory scheduling solutions
  • Partner cross functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain to align strategy, capacity, and execution
