About The Position

The Engineering Intern role will have the opportunity to learn and apply your engineering knowledge in a real-world setting. This internship is designed to provide practical experience in various aspects of engineering while contributing to our innovative manufacturing, production, and company projects.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment or recent graduate in a related Bachelor degree program.
  • Strong academic record with coursework in relevant engineering disciplines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • High sense of urgency.
  • Eagerness to take initiative and work on challenging technical projects.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST) or similar measurement system.
  • General knowledge of standard manufacturing processes.
  • Welding knowledge.
  • 2D or 3D modeling experience.
  • Ability to use measuring tools: calipers, micrometers, tape measure and various electronic meters.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to engineers and other team members.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to engineering activities.
  • Conduct research on relevant engineering topics and industry trends.
  • Analyze data and propose recommendations based on findings.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality control.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols in the workplace.
  • Take advantage of learning opportunities, mentorship, and networking within the organization.
  • Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings, and completing assignments.
