About The Position
This position is designed for students actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, particularly in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field. The role focuses on initiating and implementing projects aimed at controlling plant costs and maximizing labor resource effectiveness. The candidate will gain exposure to developing engineering labor standards and using continuous improvement tools to achieve plant goals. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with automation implementation and providing information for managerial decision-making.
