About The Position

The position will report into and support the Industrial Engineering/Lean Team. In this role the main responsibilities will be: Work with Cross Functional Teams to Implement Improvements Conduct Process Observations and Time Studies Assist with Planning for Facility Layout Changes Implement 6S and Visual Factory Assist with Value Stream Mapping and Documenting Current State Flows Participate in Kaizen Events Candidates must be able to work in a clean room environment, adhering to clean room protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Actively Enrolled and Pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Industrial Engineering or Related Discipline
• GPA > 3.0

• Previous Co-Op/Internship Experience or Previous Work Experience
• Strong Organizational Skills

• Knowledge of AutoCAD
