About The Position

AVL Maroc SARL AU is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join their team in Sala Al Jadida, Morocco. The role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The successful candidate will identify opportunities for continuous improvement, participate in the planning and implementation of industrial projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the engineer will implement and monitor performance indicators related to production and contribute to the digitalization and optimization of industrial systems while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in industrial environments (automotive, aerospace, electronics, etc.) is a strong asset.
• Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in industrial engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, simulation tools, ERP systems, Excel/Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English (French or other languages is a plus).
• Flexibility, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose innovative solutions.
• Participate in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of industrial projects (layout design, automation, lean manufacturing, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to production and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the digitalization and optimization of industrial systems (MES, ERP, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards throughout all processes.
• Train and support teams on new tools, methods, and improvements.
