About The Position

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer who will work to improve safety, efficiency, productivity, and quality, while simultaneously achieving cost reduction and waste minimization across our operations. Key responsibilities include: Safety Trainings Analyzing data and systems to implement improvements in manufacturing, logistics, and service. Conducting workflow optimization and time studies. Performing facility layout and cost analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in database management (e.g. Snowflake, Azure, SQL) a plus
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g. Manhattan) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data to identify inefficiencies.
  • Operate Inkcups bottle printing machine setup, troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Help or enhance facility layouts, production processes, and material handling.
  • Calculate production costs, set quality benchmarks, and implement cost-reduction strategies.
  • Establish labor standards, develop work instructions, and document SOPs.
  • Collaborate with teams to execute changes and train staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Lead accident/near-miss investigations and root cause analysis for corrective/preventative actions.
  • Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and manuals, ensuring OSHA and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify, report, and correct hazards.
  • Design and deliver mandatory safety training (fire prevention, new hire, HazCom, PPE).
  • Evaluate safety risks of new projects, equipment, or materials.
  • Maintain detailed records of safety activities, audits, and training for compliance reporting.
  • Lead and facilitate comprehensive forklift certification classes and practical driver tests.
  • Conduct practical skills assessments to ensure operators meet OSHA compliance.
  • Create and update training materials, including quizzes and safety documents (site protocols, equipment, hazard ID).
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain precise records of trainee progress and certifications.
