As an Industrial Engineer in DPAG, you will play a central role in shaping how DRAM products are developed and delivered. This role owns critical OpEx wafer strategy and demand modeling, influences product and cost decisions, and guides multi-functional teams to deliver results. You will have broad visibility, real ownership, and the opportunity to modernize Industrial Engineering through data‑centric and AI‑enabled approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related technical field
  • Experience with demand forecasting, scheduling, and data analysis in engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and influence across technical and business teams

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field
  • Experience supporting product development, NPI, or sustaining engineering programs
  • Experience managing OpEx budgets or cost strategies
  • Proficiency with advanced analytics, modeling tools, or AI‑driven process improvement
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Own Pre‑Qualification wafer strategy and OpEx cost management across DPAG products
  • Lead alignment across multiple functions on product development demand, forecasts, and execution
  • Design and maintain demand and forecasting models supporting early product life‑cycle decisions
  • Drive cost, inventory, and cycle‑time optimization while maintaining development velocity
  • Support product development execution through PDT leadership, inventory management, and issue resolution
