We’re looking for a driven Industrial Engineer to play a key role in improving quality and operational efficiency at our Farmingdale, Long Island headquarters. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and help shape a robust Operations Management System in collaboration with Operations and Quality Control. Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S preferred.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and MATLAB a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve quality issues by identifying root causes and collaborating on effective corrective action plans.
  • Ensure product compliance with all company standards and specifications.
  • Document corrective actions and track progress to completion.
  • Enhance the Quality System in partnership with Operations and Quality Control teams.
  • Monitor and report product issues to managers and customers as needed.
  • Collect, analyze, and present critical quality data to support decision-making.
  • Review and optimize manufacturing processes for accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with customer demand.
  • Drive waste reduction initiatives across production and related processes.
