About The Position

The Industrial Engineer at Revelyst will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and evaluating integrated systems for managing industrial production processes. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring optimal resource use within the manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in industrial engineering or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
• Proficiency in CAD software, MS Office, and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations.
• Design and configure manufacturing systems to optimize the use of resources including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Implement new production processes and ensure their effectiveness and sustainability.
• Collect and analyze data to understand trends and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Use statistical methods and software tools to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and supply chain.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet required standards.
• Monitor production quality and make adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure that materials and products are available when needed without excess.
• Implement systems to track and manage inventory efficiently.
• Ensure all processes comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct safety audits and implement measures to prevent workplace accidents.
• Train staff on new processes and systems.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.
