About The Position

The Industrial Engineer's main focus is to promote and lead Lean Manufacturing improvement initiatives in the manufacturing area, providing guidelines and support to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing approach and methods
• Project management skills
• Organizational skills and an analytical working structure
• Excellent communication skills towards all levels of the organization
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Ability to recognize and eliminate common forms of 'muda' (waste) associated with assembly production
• Knowledgeable of company products, design specifications, quality standards, procedures and equipment
• Familiarity with budgets and costing
• Creative and innovative
• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and implement projects
