You will be the Industrial Engineer to support one of the vehicle, missile, or rocket programs, working closely with the Product Manager, Program Support Team, and the Industrial Engineering/Estimating Manager. Requirements

STEM related Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with process evaluation and optimization and/or calculating utilization and identifying bottle necks
Experience with developing and implementing process improvements
Experience developing and presenting business cases for ROI
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

Effectively applying many of the traditional I.E. techniques and disciplines including: Manloading, work flow, and learning curves
Estimating, capacity analysis, capital equipment justification, and make vs. buy studies
Standards and equivalent units completed calculations
Computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, and Outlook
