About The Position

onsemi EFK is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to support
manufacturing operations through advanced scheduling, dispatching, and
data-driven decision support. This role focuses on optimizing WIP flow, improving
factory throughput, and developing analytical tools that enhance visibility and
operational performance. You will work with large, diverse manufacturing
datasets to design rule-based logic, build visualizations, and support automated
decision systems that keep the fab running efficiently. Periodic off-shift or
on-call support may be required for critical issues in this 24x7 production
environment.
