About The Position

This role will be responsible for the integration of functional Industrial Engineering solutions for C-130 Assembly by creating, analyzing, and monitoring health metrics, producing production plans and supporting continuous improvement activities. Individual will support Production through engagement and consultation with the team. Must engage daily Manufacturing Engineering, Production Management, and a variety of Production support functions. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of developing production/process plans, using statistical analysis, and gathering/analyzing data for presentations to leadership. Requirements

  • Experience applying Industrial Engineering principles in industry (forecasting, scheduling, staffing, etc)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Experience with Data Analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel, Tableau, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of science degree in Industrial Engineering or related Field
  • Proficiency with computer systems and data analytics
  • Experience applying lean manufacturing principles & implementing continuous improvements with demonstrated results
  • Proficiency with software including Tableau, MS Project, MS Word, advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, & Visio
  • Ability to communicate effectively and be persuasive with solutions
  • Manufacturing environment experience
