The University of Miami Health (UHealth) System IT Department has an opportunity for a full-time Industrial Engineer - IT Optimization. The Industrial Engineer - IT Optimization models complex business problems, discovers business insights, and identifies opportunities using advanced statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques. Manages and supports initiatives that facilitate and improve the delivery of information technology. Identifies opportunities for the design of new processes considering different innovative methodologies that will help achieve operational excellence within the University. Coordinates personnel and resources required to successfully complete projects. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to promote best practices in process improvement, process design, and metrics.
