About The Position
We are looking for a reliable Production Engineer to learn, understand, and perform advanced or specialized engineering duties in the Production Management Team: analyzing production capacity, line balance, production scheduling, and monthly production closing. Complete and implement KPI’s for the department. Also, perform internal audits to ensure our facility meets requirements. Supporting Metrics: Increased operation rate/ Stabilized line balance/ Reduced operator & machine issues/ Improved overall production environment/ Prompt troubleshooting/ Sophisticated production schedule/ Flawless production closing. You should be a good problem solver with creative approach to your tasks, deeply concerned about quality and efficiency and well-versed in the latest technology trends and best practices.
