Requirements

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrated industrial systems that effectively combine people, systems, equipment, materials, and space.
• Design and refine manufacturing methods, procedures, and production sequences.
• Conduct comprehensive data collection and perform detailed work studies to analyze operational effectiveness.
• Actively participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing principles and other industrial engineering methodologies.
• Identify and analyze complex operational problems, developing innovative and practical solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, supply chain, and management.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support the operational goals and objectives of the organization.
