Your Opportunity: We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our team as an Industrial Engineer Co-op from May- December 2026. Requirements

  • Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Engineering Technology, Business, Operations Management, Safety Management / Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • On track to graduate in the next two years or less.
  • A curious mindset with a strong interest in improving processes and finding better ways of working through data, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement mindset, as well as emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution, team accountability, high engagement, adaptability, and resilience when working with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 3D modelling software experience will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support production leaders by helping coordinate daily schedules and workforce planning using data, standard work, and process insights.
  • Monitor day-to-day workflow to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring products meet quality expectations and delivery timelines.
  • Assist with hands-on training and onboarding, supporting standard work and process documentation to help team members learn and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Work with teams across the facility to help identify and resolve operational challenges through collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Take part in real continuous improvement projects using Lean and continuous improvement tools aimed at boosting productivity and reducing waste.
  • Help promote a safe and compliant work environment by reinforcing safety standards and company policies while supporting consistent and efficient daily operations.
