The individual will be responsible for supporting the Performance Management Team (PMT) in basic performance metric analysis, productivity improvement identification and solution implementation. The role includes conducting required process reviews (time-studies), cost reduction, process/product flow analysis, and capacity utilization studies. The candidate will develop and assist the team in executing modifications based on desired results and will be responsible for program floor layout planning and implementation. The candidate must be customer-focused with good oral and written communication skills, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and work effectively with the team and all levels of management. The candidate should be a self-starter with demonstrated self-initiated goals and results.
