About The Position

NMC Cat, Nebraska's Caterpillar dealer, is hiring a Preventative Maintenance Field Technician and offers a supportive work environment with benefits. The technician will meet time requirement guidelines (TRG) standards and escalate unresolved issues to Technical Communicators for further research and assistance. The role also includes accomplishing repairs by following the parts ordering process, completing service reports, and providing appropriate verbal or written communication in email or service reports.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventative maintenance and appropriate repairs on various types of equipment at offsite customer locations.
• Meet time requirement guidelines (TRG) standards.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Technical Communicators for further research and assistance.
• Accomplish repair by following parts ordering process.
• Complete service reports and provide appropriate verbal or written communication in email or service reports.
