About The Position

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in industrial or technical sales
  • Proven ability to generate new business and consistently close deals
  • Strong hunter mentality with a drive to win
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions
  • Experience with generators, electrical systems, or related equipment
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business across your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and decision-makers
  • Identify end user needs and deliver customized power solutions
  • Run the full sales cycle: prospecting → quoting → closing → follow-up
  • Deliver compelling presentations and technical consultations
  • Negotiate pricing and close profitable deals
  • Partner with engineering, service, and project teams to execute seamlessly
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Track pipeline activity and performance in CRM
