Requirements

5+ years of outside sales experience in industrial or technical sales
Proven ability to generate new business and consistently close deals
Strong hunter mentality with a drive to win
Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions
Experience with generators, electrical systems, or related equipment
Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business across your assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and decision-makers
Identify end user needs and deliver customized power solutions
Run the full sales cycle: prospecting → quoting → closing → follow-up
Deliver compelling presentations and technical consultations
Negotiate pricing and close profitable deals
Partner with engineering, service, and project teams to execute seamlessly
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Track pipeline activity and performance in CRM
