About The Position

This occupation requires the installation, overhaul, modification and maintenance of Numerical Control, Computer Numerical Control and other computer related Industrial Electronic Control Systems as used on machine tools, manufacturing equipment, and inspection test equipment. (This occupation excludes electrical assemblies for aircraft and their component parts.) Requirements

  • Experience with electricians’ hand tools, electronic and electrical measuring instruments, shop power tools, equipment and accessories.
  • Experience with electrical and electronic shop theory, practice and procedures.
  • To understand complex electronic schematics and use mathematics involving algebra.
  • Experience applying knowledge of industrial electronic theory.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with large tonnage HVAC equipment i.e. Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, VFD's, Air compressors and related controls.
  • Basic computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working in a CMMS system.
  • Experience working on Fire suppression systems and their controls.
