About The Position

We are actively hiring experienced Industrial Electricians to support a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in heavy industrial environments who are comfortable working with electrical systems, automated equipment, and high-voltage applications. Due to increased operational demand, we are looking to add multiple team members to support ongoing production and maintenance needs.

Requirements

3â5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
Experience in heavy manufacturing or similar environment preferred
Ability to pass an electrical aptitude or entrance exam
Working knowledge of: AC/DC motor systems PLC troubleshooting and controls Electrical drives and control systems NFPA 70E standards and high-voltage systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents
Familiarity with shop math, measurements, and precision tools
High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and controls
Diagnose and resolve issues involving AC/DC motors, PLCs, and drive systems
Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates within standard parameters
Maintain and repair machinery including cranes, pumps, motors, and mobile equipment
Work with high-voltage systems (up to 480V) and ensure safe operation
Support automated systems including control panels and distribution systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Utilize diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and related equipment
Document maintenance activities and repair work performed
Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams
