We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to specialize in setting up and commissioning electrical systems within our industrial environments. You will focus on the safe installation of high-voltage equipment, wiring, and automated controls, ensuring all work adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school or apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid electrical license or certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in industrial electrical installation or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading technical documents and electrical diagrams; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and transport heavy electrical components and tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, based on project demands.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical wiring, conduit, panels, and fixtures according to technical specifications and building codes.
• Assemble and mount electrical components, including motors, control systems, switchgear, and distribution boards.
• Connect and test newly installed electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings in order to plan and execute installations accurately.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other trades to coordinate installation tasks and schedules.
• Identify and resolve installation issues and deficiencies promptly, documenting work performed and corrections made.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all company policies and regulatory safety practices.
