Now Hiring: Industrial Electrician (Service / Machine Tool) Schedule: Monday–Friday Pay: $35–$45 per hour (DOE) Location: Manufacturing / Industrial Environment We are seeking an Industrial Electrician with strong PLC troubleshooting experience—particularly with Allen-Bradley systems—and hands-on factory experience, including exposure to CNC machinery. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of electrical apprenticeship or technical training
- 3–5+ years of industrial/manufacturing electrical experience
- Strong PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Experience working with CNC equipment in a factory setting
- Knowledge of 480V, 3-phase power systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Solid understanding of NEC and OSHA standards
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- Experience with Siemens or other automation platforms
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
- Experience in lean manufacturing environments
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems (up to 480V, 3-phase)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC systems with a focus on Allen-Bradley
- Support CNC machines and machine tool electrical systems
- Work with motors, VFDs, control panels, and high-voltage components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Support equipment upgrades and new installations
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and safety standards
- Respond to breakdowns and support continuous improvement initiatives
