About The Position

As the Industrial Electrician Lead, you will be responsible for the general guidance of electrical aspects of production under the Operations Manager. You will perform fundamental electrical installs for industrial packaging on a daily basis. You will also perform all duties related to industrial packaging for backup power.

Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience as an electrician apprentice or journeyman as either a commercial or residential electrician.
• Ability to read a tape measure and compute basic math.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical installation

Nice To Haves

• Specific industry experienced desired or an equivalent college degree
• State certification is preferred
• A two year undergraduate degree from an accredited college preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting Peers in their Technical productivity.
• Ensure Daily consumable items are available.
• Ensure that job specific parts or material is procured.
• Assist Assembly Lead whenever needed with task.
• Ensure a safe, clean and 5ss compliant environment.
• Be a positive influence and encourage your team daily.
• Wiring AC & DC lights, 3-way switches, GFCI receptacles, Load Center
• Bending and sizing of conduit, sizing of wire
• Interpret current NEC codes
• Interpret shop drawings
• Other duties as assigned and qualified
• Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
