About The Position

Job Summary: The Industrial Custodian is responsible for cleaning buildings, sanitizing, removing debris and keeping areas neat and clean.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Ability to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Ability to work in a team and embrace a team culture.
• Motivated and self-driven to complete tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize common areas using disinfectant.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Clean and supply restrooms.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Keep inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assist in other areas and perform other duties, as needed.
