About The Position

As the holidays roll in, we’re looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in making things sparkle! Join our team as an Industrial Custodian and help keep our facilities clean, safe, and running smoothly all season long.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in hot or dirty environments (PPE provided!)
• Able to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Committed to safety — Ladder Safety, Confined Space Procedures, Lockout/Tagout, etc.
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
• Use hands and arms to operate tools and equipment
• Maintain clear vision and focus for detailed cleaning tasks

Responsibilities

• Keep Paint Booth Stations and surrounding areas sparkling clean
• Remove paint overspray from windows, stairs, ceilings, and floors — making surfaces look brand-new
• Assist with project cleanings, including lifting and removing metal flooring grates
• Operate pressure washers, hydraulic scrapers, and other industrial cleaning tools
• Support the team with tasks like filter replacements and confined-space cleaning
• Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly
• Attend safety and skill-based training
• May be asked to lock/unlock doors or help with special cleaning projects
