Industrial Controls Maintenance Technician (Allen‑Bradley Systems) Location: Monroe, OH What a night on our floor looks like At 7:00 PM, you step onto a stable, well-run production floor and become the go-to problem solver for standalone manufacturing equipment. A drive trips? You track it down, verify with your meter, and bring the VFD back online. A sensor is chattering? You trace the control circuit, interpret the print, and restore reliable feedback. Need a quick bracket? You weld and fabricate a clean, safe fix. When a line hesitates, you review Allen‑Bradley PLC tags and I/O to pinpoint the fault. Every repair and PM gets documented in the CMMS before you hand off a reliable machine.
