About The Position

Role snapshot Company: Superior Farms Location: Dixon, California Reports To: Maintenance Manager Job Type: Full-time, on site Shifts Available: first shift Pay Rate: $30-$38 per hour and depending on experience FLSA Status: Hourly,Non-Exempt What you'll own Lead day-to-day maintenance operations with a focus on automation and electrical reliability. Quickly troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drivers, VFDs, relays, contactors, and power supplies. Read, interpret, and revise US/EU electrical schematics; ensure documentation accuracy. Configure HMIs, adjust machine parameters, and perform basic PLC/HMI programming for SCADA. Plan and execute equipment startups and commissioning activities. Own machine safety readiness: interlocks, emergency stop circuits, and safety PLC configurations. Assist with robot programming and integration projects. Create and present packaging prototypes to clients to inform manufacturing solutions. Advance Design Center continuous improvement projects with clear metrics and follow-through. Manage multiple priorities, schedules, and resources with strong organization. Leverage AutoCAD (or similar) for layout reviews and small modifications. What you bring Fluent in PLC logic and systematic fault isolation. Comfortable troubleshooting from electrical prints (US/EU). Solid understanding of industrial electrical/electronic systems. Hands-on HMI setup and parameter tuning experience. Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Basic programming for PLC/HMI with SCADA integration. Knowledge of 3-phase high-voltage power distribution. Strong foundation in machine safety standards and practices. Exposure to robotics and basic programming skills. Prototype build experience with professional client-facing presentations. CAD literacy (AutoCAD preferred). Work environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. Requirements
