About The Position

As the Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Technician , you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of industrial control systems, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable operation of HVAC and associated critical infrastructure systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience specializing in ICS Operator Training in Building Automation Systems.
  • Proven experience with HVAC control systems, building automation systems, and industrial control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, sensors, actuators, and control panel components.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing ICS equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License
  • Possess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred)
  • Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY
  • Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar
  • Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
  • Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
  • Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with safety and quality standards in industrial and military facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Industrial Control Systems (ICS) for HVAC and related building automation systems.
  • Monitor, calibrate, and optimize HVAC control systems to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues in control panels, PLCs, sensors, actuators, and other ICS components.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on control systems and HVAC equipment to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements.
  • Document all maintenance, repairs, and system changes accurately in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, including electrical, mechanical, and industrial safety protocols.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and operations personnel.
