Industrial Compressor Service and Diagnostics Technician Is this you? Do you enjoy solving complex mechanical and electrical puzzles? Role snapshot Location: Virginia Beach and Fredericksburg, VA (daily travel within a 3-hour radius) Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour to start, based on experience and qualifications Status: Full-time, hourly Bonus: $3,000 Sign On Bonus! Vehicle: Company vehicle and fuel card provided What you’ll work on Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain rotary screw, reciprocating, Centac, and ECC air compressors and related system components. Support pre-commissioning and start-ups; perform hands-on work to ensure equipment meets customer requirements with limited guidance from a Master Technician. Leverage precision measuring tools for diagnostics and read/interpret equipment manuals, parts lists, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Perform preventive maintenance on Ingersoll Rand equipment and respond to both expected and unexpected customer needs. Coordinate parts and materials with the Service Coordinator to complete installs and repairs efficiently. Train and assist apprentices and Field Service Technicians.
