Do you turn open work requests into executable plans? If you love orchestrating people, parts, and precision, this role places you at the center of asset reliability—where planning excellence becomes uptime. What you'll do Assess non-emergency work requests and convert them into clearly defined scopes after on-site verification. Estimate labor hours and craft the right skills mix; identify all materials, parts, equipment, and specialty tools required for safe, efficient execution. Compile drawings, schematics, specifications, spare parts lists, OEM manuals, and Knowledgebase entries; confirm parts availability before any job is scheduled and arrange auxiliary equipment as needed. Own the backlog: prioritize effectively and sustain a Ready Backlog of 80% or higher. Continuously refine Job Plans for accuracy and effectiveness through structured CI reviews. Run weekly planning/scheduling meetings with Production to align priorities, share status, and pivot as operations demand. Publish a Weekly Technician Schedule that combines priority planned tasks and PMs to utilize 100% of available technician labor hours. Use maintenance metrics and post-job reviews to raise planning and scheduling performance. Maintain auditable records and files that support robust maintenance analysis and reporting. Train the site on CMMS best practices and enforce data integrity and utilization.
