Responsibilities

• Focus on hitting and exceeding sales targets, growing market share, and making profitable deals.
• Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure the perfect talent matches client needs.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction with our service and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Manage your client database effectively, follow a clear sales process, and stay on top of your goals.
